Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Used, washed, or damaged products are not eligible for return or refund. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund after verification. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund, provided it meets our return conditions. Return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
